TERMS NOT ALLOWED
A dealer cannot use the terms, “invoice”, “dealer’s cost”, or “wholesale cost” in a vehicle ad.
CLAIMS NOT ALLOWED
A dealer cannot use underselling claims, such as “no one sells cars for less” in an ad.
